Joe is certified Personal Trainer and founder of Mighty Condor Fitness. 

His passion for fitness started with a love for the outdoors and trying as many fun new experiences as he could get his hands on. 

With each new adventure he found that a good foundational level of strength, mobility, endurance and a strong mindset helped take full advantage of every opportunity available. 

Over the years, he has developed a functional approach to health, focusing not just on workouts, but also on mindset, movement, and sustainable habits.
