Though she’s newly qualified, Amy’s dedication to fitness has been years in the making, and she’s ready to bring her knowledge, fresh perspective, and enthusiasm to those ready to take on the challenge. Specializing in endurance-focused workouts, she combines structured training with motivating support to help you go the distance – whether you're aiming for longer runs, cycling challenges, or simply improving your overall stamina.
